Into The Wind

Into the Wind, A Mustang’s Story is about a wild horse born on the great American plains. He experiences many life-changing events. He is captured and loses his freedom, confined to stock pens, then knows the love of a young girl, but is sold as a rodeo bucking horse, and is finally befriended by a Lakota Sioux Native American. What will be the fate of our spirited mustang? This exciting tale is told from the horse’s point of view for young readers but is also suitable for adults. It is sprinkled with lovely drawings as well as footnotes to aid any newcomer to the world of horses.
