The Buckled Bag

Debutante Clare March has disappeared without a trace. Did she elope? Then who was the blond man-not her fiancé-with whom she was last seen? Is she even still alive? And who is the old lady with the buckled bag and what does it contain? Detective Patton wants to know. So he sends in a young, undercover nurse to care for Clare’s sick mother and find out.
